What is MielFlow?
MielFlow is an end-to-end platform for veranda and aluminium construction businesses. It covers the whole flow in one system: quotations, order intake, invoicing, stock, production planning, a dealer portal and a workshop kiosk.
Who is it for?
Manufacturers and wholesalers of verandas, carports and aluminium construction — from the office to the workshop floor. Dealers get their own portal, workers get a kiosk on a tablet.
Do my dealers get their own access?
Yes. Dealers log in to their own portal, configure and place orders at their prices, and follow order status, history and invoices themselves.
Does it work on tablets and phones?
Yes — the whole platform is responsive. On the workshop floor there is a dedicated kiosk mode with PIN login: scan a barcode, book stock in or out, tick off production work.
Which languages are supported?
The product ships in Dutch, English, German, French and Turkish. Every user picks their own language.
Can it price custom and bulk aluminium orders?
Yes. Besides configurable products (verandas, sliding walls, screens), full-truck aluminium orders are priced by weight with LME-linked kilo pricing — in the same checkout flow.
Is our data safe?
Every business runs in its own isolated environment with its own database — your data is never mixed with anyone else’s. Backups are automatic.
